Forged In Fire Champion, Season 8, Ep 16

I was able to make an appearance on History Channel's hit show Forged in Fire and ended up bringing home the title of Forged in Fire Champion. The experience was amazing, from getting to meet the judges, becoming lifelong friends with my competitors, and building the weapons themselves. Below is a photo of the weapon I had to make for the final round, the elephant tusk sword. I used 1084 and 15n20 low layer damascus and fabricated the whole thing from the ground up. I really enjoyed getting to focus on the artistry of the blade more than anything else. I hope you can catch my episode on the big screen (or medium screen I suppose haha).
